... with New Jersey-Based Datalis Solutions Corporation

Northstar Electronics, Inc. (OTCBB:NEIK), a company that specializes in advanced sonar technology, contract manufacturing and systems integration for Homeland Security, aerospace and defense, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Northstar Network, Ltd., of St. John's, Newfoundland, has formed a strategic partnership with privately held Montvale, NJ-based Datalis Solutions Corporation.

"This agreement enables both companies to work synergistically to grow the business base of each other by soliciting new business and using each company's core competency to present one complete and attractive package to clients," said Dr. Wilson Russell, president and CEO of Northstar Electronics.

Scott Peters, president of Datalis Solutions Corporation, noted: "Both Northstar and Datalis have equally strong and complimentary business operations. Both of us market and sell products and services to Homeland Security, defense and aerospace clients in Canada, the US and Europe. Because we are complimentary, we believe that we can provide a far stronger capability together than apart and I welcome the opportunity to work with Northstar."

Both parties declined to expand on any potential business that may already be in the pipeline, but both Dr. Russell and Mr. Peters indicated that there are several opportunities which the companies are exploring at the present time.

Datalis Solutions Corporation (DSC) is an international high technology company that specializes in engineering and logistics/supportability services. DSC's business operations cover the defense, aerospace and commercial market places.

Northstar Electronics provides technologies and products to the Homeland Security, defense and aerospace industries, in addition to offshore petroleum and marine industries. Northstar Electronics, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Northstar Technical Inc. and Northstar Network Ltd., specializes in advanced sonar technology, systems integration, and electronics contract manufacturing.
