New DFAIT Trade Commissioner for ICT at the Halifax Regional Office

Stéphane Crépeau, Trade Commissioner at the Halifax Regional Office of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT), is now the officer responsible for the ICT sector in Nova Scotia for his Department.  He is replacing his former colleague, Valerie Bachynsky, who occupied this position for many years, retiring last spring.

Prior to accepting a position at the Halifax office in 2008, Stéphane worked at DFAIT headquarters in Ottawa as a Senior officer responsible for investment policy.  He also held different positions at Industry Canada and at the Department of Finance.
