Prima Information Solutions of St. John’s and partner Intelledox Australia announce a major contract with BlueCross
Prima Information Solutions of St. John’s and partner Intelledox Australia announce that BlueCross BlueShield of Florida, Inc (BCBSF) has purchased the Intelledox document generation software which serves clients in the management of contracts.
“This is the largest contract for Prima since we became partners with Intelledox in 2009,” says Patsy Tremblett, President, Prima. “At that time, I said that this partnership would help Prima grow.
“BCBSF is one of several new customers in North America using the Intelledox software and, as a result of this contract, we will be hiring a few more people and will continue to expand the business.”
More than a health insurer, BCBSF is involved with companies to meet the diverse needs of the health industry in response to a vastly changing marketplace. Intelledox will facilitate the automated assembly of contracts within BCBSF. Intelledox was chosen after extensive evaluation and will replace existing manual and technology driven processes.
BCBSF plans to use this document generation software to assist with the generation of new contracts and management of core clauses, along with document presentation and accuracy of content.
“Specifically designed to improve efficiency and accuracy, we believe this solution will significantly reduce the time BCBSF spends creating contracts and result in increased productivity and a considerable decrease in the risk of human error,” says Michael Cliff, Partner and Alliances Manager, Intelledox Pty Ltd.
Intelledox will be delivered and supported by North America Partner – Prima Information Solutions (Prima). Prima supports all North American customers and will provide technical and professional services to assist BCBSF take full advantage of the capabilities of Intelledox.
